A short article on the approach to digital upskilling using structured approach of action learning sets with frontline staff. This methodology was demonstrated to build confidence and familiarity with digital tools. Improving knowledge and skills of frontline staff and in doing so also driving a wider culture change in how digital is perceived and used.
